What defines a whiskey?
Scotch whisky (also spelled whisky) is an amber-colored distilled spirit made from fermented grain that can be found in many bars and restaurants (most often rye, wheat, corn, or barley). The majority of whiskeys are aged in oak barrels before being bottled, and they must contain a minimum of 40% alcohol by volume to be considered legitimate (ABV).

Tullamore D.E.W. is the original triple blended Irish whiskey, and it is still produced today. As a result of the blend of all three styles of Irish whiskey, it has a unique balance of flavour that is unparalleled in the category. Grain whiskey adds sweetness, malt adds fruitiness, and pot-still whiskey infuses the blend with the distinctive Irish whiskey spice.
