During the early days of our company’s existence, Tim and Jules, the two founders, decided to print some sweatshirts and t-shirts and sell them at night while they were still enjoying their time on the slopes.

This was in 1988, when our company was just getting started. FatFace’s design was inspired by a French black-mountain ski run named La Face in Val d’Isère, which is where the character got his name. The adventure has begun, and our clothes are a part of it.
