Is Sony Xperia good?
Even though the Sony Xperia 5 II is a visually appealing Android phone with good build quality and decent cameras, the lack of 5G and wireless charging makes it feel immediately out of date and unworthy of its high price tag.

Xperia 10 III 5G
The Xperia 10 III from Sony Mobile is a mid-range Android smartphone. Besides the Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III, it was launched on April 14, 2021. Sony’s first mid-range Xperia to support 5G is the Xperia Z5 Premium.
The Xperia 10 III’s Corning Glass 6 screen and back panel are housed in a plastic casing. The earpiece and a front-facing camera are mounted on the phone’s top bezel, with one speaker on the phone’s bottom. Additionally, there are several sensors on both the front and back bezels. The Xperia 10 III has narrower bezels than the Xperia 10 II, making it more compact. On the right side of the phone, there is a dedicated Google Assistant button and a 3.5 mm headphone jack alongside the power and fingerprint sensors. Located in the upper left corner of the phone is an LED flash and two rear-facing cameras. USB-C connector and primary microphone are on the bottom edge. It is rated IP65/IP68 for dust and water protection. Black, white, blue, and pink were the first options available. NTT Docomo Mobile Network has released a yellow colour for the first time.

Xperia 1 III 5G
The design of the Sony Xperia 1 III is as good today as it was when it was first released, and it remains one of the best-looking and most well-built smartphones available on the market. Given that the 21:9 aspect ratio is both slim and tall, the aluminium chassis feels fantastic in hand, and the design is sleek and streamlined, as long as you’re okay with the narrow and tall aspect ratio.

The Xperia 5 III retains Sony’s signature square shape that has been seen on prior Xperia phones. The frame is made of anodized aluminium, and the screen and back panel are made of Corning Gorilla Glass 6 with IP65 and IP68 certifications for water protection, just like the Xperia 1 III. The front-facing dual stereo speakers are housed within symmetrical bezels on both the top and bottom of the device. With a microSDXC and a SIM card slot on the left side of the phone, and a fingerprint scanner incorporated into the power button, volume rocker and camera shutter button on the right side. Between the power and shutter buttons, you’ll find a dedicated button for Google Assistant. The earpiece, front-facing camera, notification LED, and other sensors are all located at the top bezel of the device. The primary microphone and USB-C connector are located on the bottom of the phone, while the rear-facing cameras are positioned in a horizontal strip. For your convenience, the phone is available in three different shades of colour, including black, green, and pink.
