Trotters‘ initial location in Chelsea, London (SW3 4UD) was opened in October 1990 by Sophie Mirman and Richard Ross, who were married at the time.Trotters is the only one of its kind at this time. There’s a hair salon in the store that has a large aquarium with salon seats. There’s always something going on at this one-stop store. The Trotters Plane or Train, housed inside the store, is always available for professional shoe fittings.We haven’t let the fact that we now have five physical locations in London, as well as an online store, and concessions at Harrods and Liberty, affect our commitment to offering excellent customer service and a pleasurable shopping experience for both parents and children.
Trotters has expanded their focus from 0-8 to 0-12 years old as a result of growing client demand. For new product lines, Trotters has always got something new. There will be no other place to buy our products than at Trotters.Our second facility, Kensington High Street, opened in April 1992, following the openings of Northcote Road and Turnham Green. After launching a new website in the fall of 2010, we were able to grow our consumer base even further by moving into Westfield London’s Westfield shopping mall. Sock Shop and Trotters were created as a result of Sophie and Richard’s involvement with the Tie Rack in England. Since she began her career, Sophie has received various awards and recognitions. In addition to these honours, she was also named Veuve Clicquot’s Marketing Woman of the Year and its Motivational Speaker of the Year by the Champagne house.As a company, we’ve always sought to provide parents and children alike with high-quality products and an enjoyable purchasing experience.
