One world observatory
Located on the 100th and 102nd floors of the One World Trade Centre in New York city, the One World Observatory is one of the best places to view the city and its surroundings. Reuel Vincent began his career in the culinary arts as a prep cook at the Creative Catering Agency. He is now the executive chef at ONE Dine at One World Observatory. Despite his lack of training in the kitchen, he made the most of his time at the agency to study the ins and outs of the restaurant industry.Prior to this, Vincent oversaw ASPIRE’s banquets and special events as its head chef. He now manages the kitchens at the Observatory’s many eateries, such as ONE Dine, ONE Café, ONE Mix, and ASPIRE, which is reserved for exclusive events.Diners can look forward to a menu full of delectable, artfully prepared meals, such as delicious steaks and fresh seafood. The chef’s Caribbean heritage and New York City’s reputation as a cultural melting pot inform the restaurant’s New American menu.Vincent feels privileged to have the chance to make ONE Dine at One World Observatory an unforgettable experience for guests through the magic of gastronomy.
